🛠 How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order.
• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping (U.S.): 3–4 business days
• International: 5–20 business days
During holidays or major releases, production may take slightly longer.
📦 Who fulfills your orders?
We partner exclusively with Printful, a global print-on-demand fulfillment company.
They print, pack, and ship every item specifically for you.
👕 How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a detailed sizing chart.
We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering. Because items are custom made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer play.
🎨 Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to show accurate colors. However:
• Screen settings vary
• Lighting affects appearance
• Fabric absorbs ink differently
Slight variations are normal.
🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size
• Changed your mind
• Ordered the wrong color
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
📬 My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
First:
• Check with neighbors
• Check around your property
• Contact your local carrier
If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we’ll work with Printful to investigate.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
We don’t control those fees.
📦 Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some products ship from different fulfillment centers.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.
🛡 What if my item is damaged?
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If confirmed defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
