Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tavern & Torch. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful.

Because items are custom-made just for you, shipping times include both production and delivery.


Order Processing Time

All items are made to order.

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Apparel averages 2–4 business days
• Fulfillment times may increase during holidays or major sales

Once your item is produced, it is shipped immediately.


Shipping Time Estimates

After production, estimated delivery times are:

United States
• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Canada
• 5–10 business days

International
• 5–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We do not inflate shipping rates. What Printful charges is what you see.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Printful ships from multiple fulfillment centers depending on product type and location.


Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.



🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Because all Tavern & Torch products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changed your mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement through Printful.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

• Please contact your local carrier first
• Check with neighbors or household members

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• The order cannot be fulfilled
• The package is confirmed lost by the carrier

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges due to made-to-order production.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
